Just checking to see if anyone's alive out there...I'm going to restart this blog on Monday as a weekly check-in and just wanted to see your smiling faces :)
I noticed I have a couple new followers here, welcome aboard!! I encourage you all to read back over the first part of this blog, there's some good stuff in there, advice I need to get back to following. And in particular the first entry is a key starting point to get used to my tone, which is, shall we say...not always of the touchy-feely variety. Consider me the Jillian Michaels to the rest of the world's Richard Simmons and I'll love you forever. And if you need the backstory, why you can get that in three parts here, here and here.
