Dinner
- Subway foot-long roasted chicken breast on wheat
- 1 small bag Baked Lay's potato chips
- 20 oz Diet Coke
Dessert
- about 1.5 servings of fat-free chocolate frozen yogurt
- 20 pieces of Snyder's fat-free mini pretzels
