- 4 oz orange juice w/vitamins
Breakfast Part 2 (Oakland)
- poppy seed bagel w/butter
- work mug of coffee
Midday
- 2nd cup of coffee (see sleep, lack of)
Lunch
- Turkey sandwich from Ratto's
- 1 small bag Sun chips Harvest Cheddar
- 1 can Coke Zero
Dinner
- leftover London Broil
- 1 cup lima beans
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
Dessert
- 1 serving fat-free chocolate frozen yogurt
Exercise for 9/30/09:
- 30 min walking in Oakland
Sleep for 9/30/09:
- 4.5 hours (oy)
