And on the 5th day, He rested?

I know there's a passing resemblance, but I am not God so I don't have to wait seven days to rest. Gotta hand it to the guy He keeps a pretty brutal schedule. Anyway, I didn't get much sleep last night and today was an extremely busy day so I'm beat. I'll continue my ranting and raving tomorrow, good night.

Diet for Friday 9/4/09:
Breakfast
  • Scrambled eggs - 4 egg whites and one whole egg with yolk, added pepper (no salt)
  • 2 pieces microwave bacon
  • Plain bagel w/yogurt butter
  • 4 oz. orange juice w/vitamins
  • Big cup of coffee

Lunch
  • one 6-inch Subway Roasted Chicken breast sub, toasted - wheat bread, provolone, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olive, bell pepper, salt/pepper, vinegar
  • one 1 1/8 oz bag of Baked Lays Original potato chips
  • small Diet Coke

Dinner
  • Spaghetti & meatballs - one serving organic whole wheat spaghetti, one serving Trader Giotto's marinara sauce, one tbsp Parmesan cheese, 3 Rosina Italian-style meatballs
  • one piece garlic bread (whole wheat bread with yogurt butter and garlic salt, broiled)
  • one glass red wine

Dessert
  • 1/2 cup Breyer's low-fat chocolate chocolate chip ice cream


Exercise for Friday 9/4/09:
  • Actively playing outside with the kids for 30 minutes (more effort than you might realize)
