Diet for Friday 9/25/09:
Breakfast
- Fiber One Original w/fat-free milk
- 4 oz orange juice w/vitamins
- Big cup of coffee
- Two pieces wheat toast w/yogurt spread
Lunch
- Turkey sandwich on wheat w/fat-free cheese
- 3 large carrots, raw, peeled
Afternoon
- Extra cup of coffee (to wake up for going out later)
Dinner
After-dinner
- 4-5 beers over the course of several hours, ossifer
Exercise for Friday 9/25/09:
- 5 min warmup @ 3.5 mph
- 10 min stretching
- The Tar Heels medicine ball workout - 1 set of 15 reps, 2-3 min rest, 2nd set of 15 reps
